COULD YOU VOLUNTEER?
Spear volunteers are a vital part of helping young people transform their lives and move closer to finding employment.
SUPPORT A SPEAR GRADUATION
At the end of every course, we hold a graduation ceremony where you will be able to meet our students and help their friends and family to celebrate their achievements. You could also help us run the event. |
VOLUNTEER AS AN INTERVIEWER
Take a team-building opportunity and bring your team or come as an individual to come and prepare a group of students for interview. Practice interviews enable our students to build their confidence and practise the new skills they have been developing. |
HOST A COMPANY VISIT
Give a class of students the invaluable opportunity to experience an office environment, often for the first time, by hosting a visit to your company. |
PROVIDE JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Why not offer work to a Spear student? SpearHead is the recruitment arm of the charity and partners with businesses to carefully select the right Spear student for your employment needs. |
SUPPORTERS
